**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Owners, School Manager, and Administrator to streamline administrative processes, manage scheduling, and ensure efficient operations.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, student enrollment, and community engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic rankings.
- Manage all aspects of social media presence, including content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement across various platforms, newsletters etc.
- Lead and supervise a team of staff members, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all students and families.
- Assist in sales strategies to promote our programs and offerings effectively.
- Conduct outreach initiatives to local schools, community organizations, and businesses to foster partnerships and drive enrollment.
- Execute disciplinary actions when necessary, maintaining professionalism and adherence to company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a music school or related industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing techniques. (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Wix etc).
- Leadership abilities with a positive attitude and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work Saturdays, and accommodate varying shifts during weekdays generally in the mid-late afternoon and early evening hours.
