Shipping Clerk

J-Tech is seeking a Shipping Clerk to join our team full-time

Located in Chester Springs, PA, where we manufacture, sell and service quality highway safety equipment and rebuild components for the liquid transportation industries. J-Tech is a rapidly growing company who is looking for a motivated, hardworking person to join our team. The hours for this position are Monday thru Thursday 6:00 - 4:30. Duties and Responsibilities:

- Prepare and print shipping labels corresponding to shipping needs.
- Assemble and fill boxes with items that need to be shipped.
- Print daily sales receipts and cross-check with computer software to ensure accuracy.
- Process orders based on the buyer’s preferred shipping system (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Track inventory and report any shortages to sales team.
- Ensure all shipments receive the proper labeling and postal charges and are packaged to arrive safely.
- Maintain workspace cleanliness.

Education and Experience:

- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous Shipping Experience preferred.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must be able to life and move up to 30 lbs.
- Forklift: 1 year

Salary negotiable and depending on experience.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
