**Specific responsibilities include**:

- Assist in maintaining Accounts Payable process including matching invoices for payment, processing checks, EFTs and credit card payments, schedules and reconciling statements.
- Assist in maintaining Accounts Receivable process including depositing, recording and reconciling service and parts receipts and vehicle sales receipts, including charge cards, on a daily basis. Maintain cash schedules and bank account balances.
- Assist in preparing A.R. statements, A.R./inventory schedules.
- Handle Vendor Communication including preparing year end 1099s.
- Assist in Monthly closing and also assisting with accounts receivable and special projects as necessary.
- Assist with various administrative duties including but not limited to filing, processing dealership CVR (Computerized Vehicle Registration), archival scanning and processing mailings.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Maintain a professional appearance and a neat work area.

Monday through Friday and then 1 or 2 Saturday’s a month (with the potential for additional hours and shifts as necessary and based on your availability).

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
