**Basic Job Functions**:
**This position will be responsible for the day to day administrative tasks including but not limited to**:

- Assist with general administrative tasks i.e. preparing documents, ordering and tracking items, generating reports/presentations via excel/PowerPoint, etc.
- Organizing and arranging events, training, meetings, interviews and other items as needed
- Communicating effectively with teammates and leadership, keeping them informed of any pertinent information
- Review of timesheets as well as assisting supervisors/managers and HR in completing the payroll process
- Assist in maintaining the Oracle EBS system
- Assist in maintaining records/perform record review

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Two years of experience in an administrative role

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 1+ year experience with Oracle EBS
