**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead monthly business reviews, prepare for board meetings, facilitate occasional off-sites/on-sites, and oversee other elements of the Company’s “operating system”
- Improve communication across all levels of the company - board/investor memos, all hands meetings, strategic milestones, etc. Condense complex business matters to a simple/digestible form that suits the intended audience, and advise on talking points for the CEO & CFO
- Oversee special projects and initiatives that span multiple business lines and facilitate complex, cross-departmental discussions and decisions
- Drive increased connectivity between Company Priorities, OKRs, monthly metrics, and resourcing
- Act as a “swiss army knife” for the CEO and CFO, driving forward key projects and ad hoc requests, while acting as their representative in the room. Keep track of decisions, action items, owners, and timelines agreed to in meetings to drive accountability
- Identify, implement, and maintain processes that improve TKWW’s ways of working

**SUCCESSFUL CHIEF OF STAFF CANDIDATES HAVE**:

- BS/BA degree in a quantitative or business field, with an impressive track record of success
- 4+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate tech, or venture capital, with significant exposure to executive audiences
- Analytical and highly numerate; comfortable with large amounts of unstructured data
- Strong organization skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - ability to clearly articulate business issues and recommend / synthesize solutions, while being tone-sensitive and concise
- Ability to draw insights from unorganized information and help drive process improvements accordingly

**IT’S A BONUS IF YOU HAVE**:

- Experience with data analytics or BI tools
- Experience with financial analysis and forecasting
- Experience with project management
- Fluency in Spanish or other languages highly preferred
- Demonstrated affinity for TKWW’s mission, vision, products and culture
