**Resident Coordinator**

**Description**:
They are the visible point person for the property and are there to be available to owners, residents, and guests at all times. The Resident Coordinator performs the following functions: reception (in
- person and phone), meeting and greeting management office visitors, inputting maintenance requests, data entry and providing general concierge services. The Resident Coordinator reports to the Chief of Operations.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Answers incoming calls and meets with walk-in visitors in the management office.
- Staff liaison for on-going resident matters, working with the Executive Assistant Manager, and Chief of Operations.
- Collects and processes all new registration forms. Issues fobs and parking registration stickers to new owners and tenants.
- Schedules and conducts orientation meetings with all new owners and tenants.
- Updates, prepares, copies, and distributes memos and other correspondence as needed.
- Maintains and updates all unit documents within BuildingLink and on the server.
- Schedules and coordinates all service elevator reservations for deliveries, pick-ups, move-ins, and move-outs.
- Processes refunds for FOB’s.
- Coordinates all repairs for washers and dryers in the common areas.
- Coordinates pest control services with owners and residents.
- Reviews all community and management office announcements for grammar and content.
- Performs other tasks as assigned by the Chief of Operations.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience working in management office or office setting.
- Professional, courteous, and tactful.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Excellent proofreading skills.
- Excellent organizational skills - able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently, expedite tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong work ethic.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient knowledge of Windows XP, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Access, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of BuildLink.
- A high-school diploma or GED is a must.

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
