**Position Overview**:
The floor care associate is responsible for increasing customer confidence and loyalty by providing courteous and prompt service, consistent operating conditions and a friendly atmosphere. This position starts at 6:00 AM.

**Primary Responsibilities & Accountabilities**:
1. Sweeping and cleaning of floors with use of floor machine.

2. Cleaning of restrooms.

4. Operate department equipment.

5.. Notify management of associate theft, customer shoplifting, unauthorized mark-downs, property defacement or any action that is illegal and/or against company policy.

6. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

11. Ability to understand and follow English instructions.
