As a Visionworks Optometric Assistant/Clinical Specialist, you'll be the face of our exam practice, ensuring every patient has a seamless and personalized experience. You'll be trained and knowledgeable about eye health, preliminary testing, optics, our products and services, and managed vision care.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining complete and accurate patient records before conducting preliminary testing
• Introducing patients to the OD and providing them with important patient information
• Transitioning patients from the doctor to the sales floor and providing associates with necessary information to educate and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Executing day-to-day operational activities to support the store's exam lane maintenance and patient experience goals, including restocking inventory, cleaning equipment, and answering phones to meet additional patient needs
