- Provide leadership to staff members, offering guidance, training, and support to foster a cohesive and motivated team environment.
- Act as a frontline representative for the store, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Analyze sales trends and performance metrics to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement, proposing and implementing strategic initiatives as necessary.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the store, ensuring a visually appealing and inviting environment for customers.

**Key Requirements**:

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with customers and team members alike.
- Experience in leadership and overseeing a team.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies to drive revenue growth, coupled with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Must have a flexible schedule. Hours will be between 30-40 a week.

We are open every day from 7am-8pm.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Weekly day range:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
