Operations Manager

**JOB TASKS**:
- Supervise the Support Team staff (Client Service Specialists) in their day-to-day tasks
- Delegate operational tasks through a variety of communication channels (Salesforce, bisonfg,binbox, etc.)
- Provide support to the Operations Manager when needed (Advisor on-boarding, tech support, etc.)
- Manage company-wide office & event inventory (ordering supplies, use of Ops credit card & reconciliation, etc.)
- Hiring and on-boarding of Support staff
- Provide excellent and professional customer service to clients via phone and in-person
- Resolve customer complains proactively
- Maintain/enforce client confidentiality when speaking with clients, Financial Advisors, outside investment companies, non-clients, etc.
- Keep detailed notes of client contact, FA instruction, and follow-ups on assigned tasks
- Communicate promptly with Operations Manager/Management regarding mistakes and potential problems
- Maintain/enforce high level of accuracy regarding client forms, account/investment plan reports, procedure, etc.
- Perform client transactions (asset movement, check deposits) and prepare account forms in organized and timely manner
- Learn and comply with all Bison/Ameriprise Financial procedures and policies

**JOB SPECS**:
- 45-50 hours/week
- Salaried (paid bi-monthly on 16th and 30th/31st)
- Monday-Friday (8 am-5 pm) and weekends when necessary

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
