Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee multiple projects for heavy site work for NYC municipalities from initiation to completion
- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates while identifying and mitigating project risks and issues
- Conduct project meetings and facilitate effective communication among team members
- Track project expenses and ensure adherence to budget constraints
- Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Proficient in project management tools such as Planswift and AudoCad
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
