Summary:
The Production Coordinator will work on all aspects of production, ensuring that our denim products meet the highest standards of quality, sustainability, and efficiency. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the denim manufacturing process, planning, and completing work as assigned by management. The Production Coordinator will work closely with design, sourcing, and quality control teams to ensure seamless production from concept to final product.

**Responsibilities**:
**Production Planning and Coordination**:

- Develop and implement production schedules to meet business goals and client deadlines.
- Coordinate with design and sourcing teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Manage production timelines and workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.

**Quality Control**:

- Establish and maintain quality standards for all products.
- Conduct virtual inspections and audits of production processes and finished goods using remote collaboration tools.
- Address and resolve any quality issues promptly and effectively through virtual communication.

**Sustainability and Compliance**:

- Ensure all production processes adhere to sustainability standards and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously seek ways to improve environmental impact and reduce waste.

**Vendor and Supplier Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners through effective virtual communication.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality materials. Establish vendor guidelines that can scale with a growing vendor base

**Budget Management**:

- Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Prepare and manage production budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Prepare and manage cost sheets for products

**Private Label Manufacturing**:

- Oversee private label production projects, ensuring client specifications and timelines are met.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

**Sample Tracking**:

- Manage the development and tracking of samples, ensuring they meet design specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with design and production teams to facilitate timely sample creation and approval.
- Maintain detailed records of sample status, feedback, and revisions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Business Administration, Fashion Design, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management, preferably in the denim or apparel industry.
- Strong understanding of sustainable production practices and commitment to environmental responsibility.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience managing remote teams and vendors is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel occasionally as needed.
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Sheets

Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
