Overview:
This is a Full-Time position in our Company Headquarters:
6400 S. 27th Street Oak Creek, WI 53154

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the management of the Bank’s Analytics Data Environment.
- Manages the ETL and Data Integration of Disparate Data Sources.
- Leverages Technology to Automate Business Processes.
- Mentors and develops a team of Analysts on Data Visualization, Data Architecture, and Data Querying Best Practices.
- Partners closely with Marketing, Product Strategy, Retail, Lending, HR, Finance, Operations and Executive department stakeholders.
- Troubleshoots Data Integration, Data Integrity, and Data Quality issues using tools including Alteryx and SQL Server Management Studio.
- Continuously provides education to Executive and Department Stakeholders on the value of leveraging data and developing a data-driven culture.
- Partners closely with IT on new technologies, enhancements of systems, and evaluating industry trends in Data Analytics.
- Partners with the SVP - Data Analytics to execute the Bank’s Data Analytics Strategy
- Continuously uncovers opportunities to leverage data to improve the Bank’s Core Competencies and Drive Profitability.
- Manages Marketing and Product Strategy projects involving the measurement of Marketing, Product and Sales Campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or other four-year degree is preferred.
- Excellent problem solving/analysis skills.
- 5+ years of experience working Databases such as SQL, Oracle or Similar.
- 3+ years of experience working with SQL Server Management Studio.
- Strong knowledge of developing SQL Query’s.
- Strong understanding of Data Architecture.
- Experience developing in a Data Visualization Software (Power BI/Tableau).
- Experience developing statistical models.
- Previous working experience in the Financial or related industry preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task in a high-paced environment.
