Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment Handle all administrative functions including user account maintenance, security, workflows and other tasks Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations Work with management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development team Operate independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator Salesforce CPQ experience required Experience in Salesforce business processes: Campaign Management, Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Account Management and Forecasting. Experience customizing and implementing with Objects, Custom Apps, Layouts, Tabs, Flows, Approval process & Assignment/Sharing Rules.
