- Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for individuals with developmental disabilities
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans to promote positive behavior change
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of behavior intervention plans

**Requirements**:

- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Familiarity with special education laws and regulations
- Proficient in medical terminology and documentation
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and caregivers
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

**Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children
- Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and collecting data
- Familiarity with special education laws and regulations related to behavioral interventions
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and ability to accurately document medical records
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with individuals with developmental disabilities, their families, and other professionals in the field of behavioral health
