About us

Bridging the Gap Therapy Solutions is a ABA clinic in Tampa, FL owned by two dedicated BCBAs. We pride ourselves on following our Ethical BACB guidelines, along with providing quality care to our client. Our natural environment setting allows for successful behavior change where clients have the opportunity to socialize, play and learn functional living goals.
We also push into Evolve School of Learning and provide community therapy as well to increase generalization once clients are ready.

- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis, FBAs, staff management, BACB ethics, etc.
- Extensive experience in behavioral therapy, working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, data collection.

The ideal BCBA will have a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities and their families, as well as a commitment to helping them reach their goals in collaboration with a team of RBTs, teachers, and therapists. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior plans, providing training and support to families, and monitoring progress.

Responsibilities for BCBA

  • Develop and implement behavior-based interventions for individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
  • Conduct functional assessments and develop behavior plans.
  • Collect data and analyze results to evaluate progress and modify interventions as needed.
  • Provide training and supervision to staff, family members, and other professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments, interventions, and progress notes.
  • Attend IEP meetings and provide consultation to school personnel.
  • Develop individualized behavior support plans.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
