- Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency
- Handle scheduling, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements when needed.
- Assist in training development for new office employees
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Manage office budgets and expenses
- Plan and coordinate office events and meetings
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in office management or similar role for atleast 5 years.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Experience with HHA Exchange, On boarding of PCA/HHA/RN, and Coordination
- Excellent team management skills
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling
- Exceptional phone etiquette
Pay: $52,900.00 - $57,443.00 per year
