**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operate Production Machinery**: Set up, operate, and monitor food production machines, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
- **Quality Control**: Regularly inspect products for quality and consistency, making adjustments as necessary to maintain high standards.
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve any issues with machinery promptly to prevent production delays.
- **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including machine settings, output, and any issues encountered.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth production processes and meet production goals.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience as a machine operator in a food production environment is highly preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate and troubleshoot various types of food production machinery.
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- **Safety Awareness**: Understanding of and commitment to safety regulations and best practices.
- **Communication Skills**: Good verbal and written communication skills.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Technical training or certification in machine operation or maintenance is a plus.

**Work Environment**:

- The position requires working in a fast-paced production environment.
- May involve exposure to various temperature conditions, including refrigerated and freezer areas.
- Requires the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
