**Description**:The Hercules Training Center (HTC) Training Administrator Assistant (TAA) reports to the Training Center Manager and assists the Training Administrator. Primary duties include registrar function for students, schedules of all events in the HTC, prepares monthly and quarterly reports, acts as the student liaison, and creates and maintain all records and files per Lockheed Martin standards. The TAA will also create and maintain records and files for compliance with the Department of Homeland Security, TSA and civil aviation certifying agencies to include but not limited to the FAA and EASA. Other duties as assigned.
**Basic Qualifications**:
Must have at least 2 years administrative experience or bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline with combined education/experience of 2 years. Must be able to work in a multi-functional diverse position. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Must be able to demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills, and strong ability to multi-task but remain organized. Must have excellent time management skills and the ability to maintain an efficient business office with little direct supervision. Must have the ability to prioritize tasks to ensure timelines are met while assisting students and personnel. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Industrial, government, military, and international security processes experience preferred.

**Ability to Work Remotely**:Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
**Work Schedules**:Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
