**Job Summary (Essential Functions)**

The Human Resources Manager will assist Club Management with the recruitment, selection, and orientation of new Staff Members. They will administer payroll records and ensure that all applicable federal, state, and local wage and hour laws, worker’s compensation, and related regulations are consistently complied with. The HR Manager will implement data collection systems and process wage and salary payments. Additionally, they will manage the Club’s health, retirement, and other benefits programs. The role also involves conducting labor analyses, Staff planning, and other studies as requested.

**Job Tasks (Additional Responsibilities)**
- Manage the Club’s personnel program, including accurate and timely payroll processing, policy and procedure development, and labor staffing reports.
- Collaborate with management on the recruitment, selection, and orientation of new Staff Members.
- Administer new hire paperwork, including H-2B/J-1 visa programs, and maintain required documents.
- Ensure compliance with employee-related laws, regulations, and labor law postings.
- Maintain and update the Employee Handbook.
- Oversee human resources activities, including benefits administration, employee relations, onboarding/exit interviews, performance management, and employment law compliance.
- Update and maintain employee personnel files while maintaining confidentiality.
- Develop methods to measure and improve employee morale and engagement.
- Perform full-cycle recruiting for all exempt, nonexempt, and seasonal workers.
- Assist Managers with employee relations situations, providing timely advice and resolution.
- Identify training needs and develop action plans for employee development and continuous learning.
- Handle special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
- Work with external auditors on annual Workers Compensation Audit, Fiscal Year-End Audit, 401K Audit, and Defined Benefit Plan Audit.
- Assist with the administration of the 401K and Defined Benefit Plans.
- Oversee safety initiatives and compliance, including workers’ compensation paperwork and follow-up.

**Education and/or Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Psychology, Education, Public Administration, or Organizational Development.
- Preferred: Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning and development, employee relations, training, or labor relations preferred.
- Three to five years of diversified experience in Human Resources positions.
- Highly desirable: Previous experience in the hospitality industry and/or hotel/resort environment.

Pay: $62,127.99 - $74,820.80 per year
