The Specialist, Human Resources is responsible for administering human resources programs, policies and practices while delivering an exceptional experience to employees, managers, and internal stakeholders.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute administrative and project-based work across various HR processes and programs
- Serve as the first line of response for employees, managers, and internal stakeholders
- Lead the end-to-end project management of ad-hoc and ongoing programs and initiatives
- Lead project planning tasks including resource allocation, task assignment and progress monitoring
- Support the recruitment process including scheduling, screening / interviewing, background checks and paperwork processing
- Facilitate the onboarding process (including relocation) for new hires and internal transfers
- Facilitate new hire orientation
- Process employee terminations and applicable offboarding activities
- Process employee lifecycle changes in HRIS and other HR systems
- Perform benefits orientation and assist with enrollment and inquiries
- Perform systems training and troubleshoot / resolves systems issues
- Perform SharePoint maintenance and updates
- Maintain personnel files and databases
- Maintain process documentation and support the streamlining of operational processes
- Support the HR Team with ad-hoc needs, as applicable
- Coordinate with the legal team the approval process for contracts
- Create people analytics reports and metrics

- Proficient in human resources processes and best practices

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree or other college-level education
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an HR capacity

28.65 - 35.82 - 42.98 USD Hourly
