We are hiring a **Branch Manager**, who under mínimal direction, will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operations of a branch which includes hiring, leading, and coaching the staff, creating, and implementing strategies to improve productivity and sales performance in efforts to achieve the financial targets of the branch.
**Business Hours**
Monday - Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM and Saturday 8:30AM to 1:30PM
- _Based upon business needs, this position will require flexibility to work a varied work schedule, including weekends, during regular business hours._

**Requirements**:
**Minimum Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of analytical and problem-solving experience in branch operations and managing branch employees. improvement, and/or program/project management role.
- 3+ years of branch operations analysis, process improvement, and/or program/project management role.
- This role requires driving and must meet and maintain the following requirements:
- Hold a valid CA state driver’s license in good standing that is not actively suspended, revoked, or restricted.
- Have reliable personal transportation. Use of any means of public transportation or ridesharing services will not satisfy this requirement.
- Must maintain state liability auto insurance coverage with a minimum of 100/300/100 limits on the vehicle that will be used for work.
- Maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Records (MVR).
**Preferred Qualifications**
- College degree.
- 5+ years of analytical and problem-solving experience in branch operations and managing branch employees. improvement, and/or program/project management role.

**Skills and Abilities**
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a large group of employees.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
- Full knowledge of laws, regulations and policies governing credit union accounts.
- Handles Member and employee challenges.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the overall sales activities and operations of the branch.

- Effectively supervise, coach, and develop staff proficiencies.
- Set, communicate, monitor, and evaluate employee performance expectations and goals, and communicate how these contribute to the strategy of the credit union.
- Ensure branch operations are conducted in accordance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Effectively coach team to provide consistent levels of engagement and Member experience.
- Assist with operationally based projects and committees designed to enhance processes.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
We support Pay Transparency and are a pay-for-performance organization that benchmarks base pay to the 50th percentile of market data.
Pay Scale: Min $77,400 / Mid $95,900/ Max $114,400 per year
