**The Opportunity**:
Mattel is currently seeking an undergraduate Global Commercial Operations & Strategy intern in El Segundo, California. This position plays an instrumental role to support EMEA commercial strategy initiatives, projects, and programs. Primary responsibilities include:
- Research trends in the traditional and digital gaming industry
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure best-in-class channel segmentation, including line architecture, franchise execution, and customer marketing
- Research, analyze and present commercial growth opportunities across brands, categories, and channels
- Identify data optimization and process improvement areas within commercial operations
- Support other Global Commercial Operations & Strategy tasks as needed
This position may have one or two business trips to Mattel distribution centers or other offices; a fabulous experience to jumpstart professional growth.

**What We’re Looking For**:
- Currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate degree program
- Major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong quantitative/analytical skills and problem-solving techniques; ability to make recommendations based on data analysis
- Effective time management and organization skills
- Self-starter, a desire to learn and grow
