Responsibilities:

- Provide customer service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to resident inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle resident complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within company guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any escalated issues.

**Schedule: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 3:00 pm to 11:00 am.**

**Thursday and Friday off.**

Qualifications:

- Good communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- The ability to handle difficult residents with empathy and patience.
- Knowledge in surveillance systems, CCTV.
- We offer medical insurance, paid time off.

Pay: From $19.08 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
