The Salesperson reports directly to the Administrator and is responsible for guiding and coordinating all marketing and sales-related activities of the SYNERGY HomeCare business. This position includes developing relationships with referral sources and partners as well as generating new business and referrals for home care services.

The Salesperson will be responsible for bringing in new clients to the business on a consistent and daily basis. Additionally, the Salesperson will be responsible for collaborating with the Franchisee and Administrator to enhance client satisfaction and revenue growth.

**_ Qualifications:_**
- A passion for senior care and client service
- Ability to establish rapport and build trust both with company staff as well as with referral sources and prospective clients
- Accountability for meeting sales goals
- A desire to take a leadership role in growing the business
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive with mínimal direct supervision
- Possess at least two years of experience in healthcare or home care, working with the elderly, disabled, or individuals requiring supportive services (preferred)
- Proficiency in computer skills (Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Must possess customer service skills and organizational skills
- Well-honed time management skills
- Exemplary communication skills, both verbal and written

**_Essential Duties and Responsibilities:_**
- Develop and execute sales plan to meet business development goals
- Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, including hospital case managers, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing/rehab facilities, home health agencies, hospices, physicians’ offices, fiduciaries, etc.
- Complete daily face-to-face sales call with referral sources for purposes of generating business leads.
- Plan and organize community marketing events to enhance our visibility in the community and generate new relationships and business opportunities.
- Bringing new clients in.
- Managing Marketing Plan and Sales Plan.
- Conducts prospect calls/visits to potential new referral partners; implements contracts and agreements to ensure sales goals are met.
- Organizes territory in geographical zones to maximize sales efficiencies.
- Conduct 35 - 40 sales calls/visits per week to a mix of medical and non-medical referral partners - new and follow-up calls/visits.
- Establishes a sales plan and **actively** utilizes it as a working tool.
- Develops a visitation schedule for existing referral partners to maintain and grow partner relationships.
- Tracks all networking events along with ROI
- May participate in on-call rotation, answering after-hours calls
- Weekly reporting of accountabilities
