The Customer Support Associate, reporting to the Customer Support Supervisor, will work in a team environment and will be responsible for performing general administrative tasks and providing excellent customer support to our customers. This position will work in a fast-paced warehouse/ office setting.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITES**:

- Act as point of contact for internal teams and external clients and customers
- Ensure customer requests are processed as quickly and accurately as possible to enhance the company’s image with the customer
- Communicate delivery or procedural changes, inventory shortages, or other applicable issues to customers
- Utilize in-house computer systems and software, as well as customer software and databases to process customer orders, perform price adjustments, and/or communicate with customer
- Maintain contact lists and databases, including creation and maintenance of customer and vendor files
- Consult with sales team and/or management team on customer, invoice, or product questions as well as customer feedback and service improvement initiatives

**POSITION REQUIREMENTS**:

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to fluently speak, read and write English language
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Support
- Proven track record of providing solutions to difficult issues
- Exceptional prioritization and time management skills
- Computer Literacy across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Office365 suite
