**Location: Based on the need, positions will be located at various schools in the surrounding areas of Coatesville, PA.**

**What we’re looking for**:
CCRN is seeking a **Full-Time** **Behavioral Health Aide** to join our caring and compassionate teams at various schools in Coatesville, Pennsylvania. As a Behavioral Health Aide you will provide individualized behavioral support services in school-based settings to students with special needs.

**What you’ll do**:

- Provide in school support to assigned student with special needs
- Maintain positive relationships with teachers and other staff
- Consult with and assist the Behavioral Specialist Consultant (BSC) in the development and implementation of treatment plans
- Timely submission of daily student summaries and clinical documentation, including PCA interventions, observation of behaviors displayed, etc.

**What you’ll need**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a Behavioral Health or related field preferred but not required.
- (1-3) years of direct care experience **OR** a combination of education and experience
- Must be able to obtain necessary clearances and complete CPR/First Aid, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NCI) or Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) trainings
- Teaching Certificates
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Must be able to work with “high-risk” consumers who have mental illnesses as well as developmental and physical disabilities.
