**El impacto que generará**
No importa si un huésped llega cansado de sus viajes o emocionado por sus vacaciones, usted sabe qué hacer para que se sientan como en casa. Los huéspedes valorarán encontrarse con el vestíbulo impecable, su cálida bienvenida y su eficiencia a la hora de registrarlos e indicarles hacia dónde deben dirigirse. Cuando los huéspedes se dan cuenta de que verdaderamente se interesa por la calidad de su estadía, usted está actuando con excelencia.
**Lo que hará**
- Organizar, confirmar y procesar registros de entrada/salida de los huéspedes y adaptarse según los cambios
- Asegurar los pagos y, para ello, verificar y ajustar la facturación según sea necesario
- Proporcionar a los huéspedes habitaciones e información sobre el hotel, indicaciones, comodidades y puntos de interesés locales
- Realizar informes diarios y revisar todo para saber qué debe comunicarse al personal del próximo turno
- Completar informes del cajero y de cierre, y contar el dinero en efectivo al final de cada turno de manera precisa
- Aceptar y registrar las llamadas para despertar a los huéspedes e informarlas al departamento correcto
- Comunicar las emergencias, los artículos perdidos o los casos de robo a las autoridades o al personal de seguridad apropiado
- Mantener listas de contingencias en casos de emergencia y comunicar los mensajes necesarios

Este puesto requiere el cumplimiento de los estándares y las expectativas de garantía de calidad. Es posible que se le exija estar de pie, sentado o caminar durante períodos prolongados. Mover, levantar, transportar, empujar, arrastrar y colocar objetos con un peso inferior a 10 libras (4,5 kg) o su equivalente sin asistencia. Realizar otras tareas de trabajo razonables solicitadas por sus supervisores.
