Noble Kitchen and Bar at The Brunswick Hotel is actively seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused server to join our team at our upscale restaurant. As a vital member of our staff, you will bring your infectious energy, exceptional service skills, and a genuine passion for creating memorable dining experiences. Both Part-Time and Full-Time opportunities are available with flexible scheduling. The restaurant is open Tuesday-Saturday for dinner service.

The Brunswick Hotel, managed by Hay Creek Hotels, offers 51 upscale guest rooms and suites. Learn form the best Noble Kitchen & Bar is a Wine Spectator Award winner. Noble Kitchen & Bar offers a chef-driven menu inspired by local, seasonal ingredients. Our indoor/outdoor bar, dining room seating, and outdoor patio offer an inviting experience for locals and visitors any day of the week. We also host a number of banquet meetings and private events in our board room and event space.

Job Summary:

- Greet, direct, seat, and serve guests in accordance with company service standards.
- Be thoroughly familiar with menu items, promotions offered, hotel offerings, and related materials.
- Complete designated side work efficiently and thoroughly. Clean and maintain all working areas and equipment.
- Assist in resolving any complaints, and communicate disgruntled customers to the appropriate supervisor.
- Reconciliation cash, accurately charge credit cards, and make appropriate cash deposits at end of shift. Complete all transactions using the Point of Sale system.

Required Experience:

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must feel comfortable with the use of technology (integrated point of sale system - Aloha, and Open Table reservations system)
- 1 year serving experience in a high volume full service restaurant
- Prior Wine/Liquor knowledge no required, but a plus.
- Ability to work in a constructive, team working environment with a positive, upbeat and customer-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work nights or mornings, weekends, holidays, and busy seasonal days (i.e. town festivals).
