We are currently seeking a full-time Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct recruitment efforts for exempt/nonexempt positions, internally and externally
- Accurately complete pre-hire and post-hire paperwork such as background checks and onboarding new hirers into the HRIS
- Maintain employee files electronically
- Communicate and support the training department with new employee orientation processes
- Conduct training as needed for new employee orientation
- Create, update, revise and maintain job descriptions with the support of the Talent Acquistion Manager
- Represent GBC at on-going recruitment events such as career fairs.
- Assists and supports other HR related needs

**Required Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Must have knowledge of online sourcing and local sourcing techniques
- Must have valid driver’s license.
- Must have safe and reliable automobile.
- Must have active automobile insurance policy
- Must have strong ethical and moral character.
- Must have proven time management skills which support productivity and efficiency.
- Must be reliable and dependable.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Associate Degree in Business
- SHRM-CP Certified
