We're looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our growing team. This position is located in Trevose, PA, and is eligible for a hybrid remote work arrangement.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities are listed below and are not limited to:

- Manage vendor administration, entering and reviewing W-9’s & COIs for new vendors.
- Process weekly payments, preparing checking and initiating ACH and wire payments.
- Provides weekly AP reports to the management team.
- Approve and review GL account coding.
- Oversee an accounts payable team.
- Responsible for entering and paying monthly rents and recurring employee payments.
- Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
- Communicates through written and oral correspondence with field and corporate personnel, vendors, and auditors in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist the Accounting Manager with various ad hoc tasks and requests.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Prior experience in cloud-based accounting software. SAP is desired, not a requirement.
- Ability to pay attention to detail and multitask in a fast paced environment.
- College Graduate preferred but not required with a degree in accounting or similar focus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of prior experience in General Accounting/Accounts Payable required.

Pay: $59,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
