Customer Care Representative

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products, services, and order status
- Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions
- Up sell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and notes
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to upsell products and meet sales targets is a plus
