In this Authorization and Insurance role you would act as the Authorization and Insurance Eligibility pro in the Oldsmar, FL office. We are looking for someone who has the ability to work independently, is a self starter, and possesses strong critical thinking skills._**

**What You Would be Responsible for**:

- Organizes and directs the agency's on-going functions and works closely with the office administrator, Director of Nursing, clinical managers, and sales/marketing team
- Involved in Referral intakes, orders, and scheduling and Insurance authorization
- Ensure submissions are complete with all required information
- Processing Initial Insurance Benefit Checks and any required authorizations required for services
- Maintain self in a professional manner at all times
- Other responsibilities will be assigned

**Haven Qualification Standards**:

- Must be a high school graduate
- Minimum of 2 year of experience with prior authorization and initial insurance eligiblity.
- Health care related experience preferred
- Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multitask

**Experience with Insurance Authorization is required**
