Rockline is seeking a Benefits/Leave Administrator to join the HR team, where you'll oversee and administer a high volume of leave requests and accommodations, particularly under FMLA, ADA, state and local leave laws, and disability plans. You'll partner with corporate HR to develop risk control for self-insured benefits, manage new hire benefits orientation, and handle daily benefit activities. Provide excellent customer service, address associate needs, and help build trust and engagement within our organization. Make a difference with us in managing and supporting our valuable workforce

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive process for managing leave of absences to minimize risk for the company. Leaves include FMLA, ADA, Medical, Military, state Family Leave.
- Perform audits of STD/FMLA claims.
- Provide coaching, mentoring and feedback to managers and site HR team members on FMLA and STD policy and procedures.
- Conduct new hire benefits orientation for corporate sites, process life events for corporate sites in HRIS system, administer daily benefit activities such as dependent eligibility and back deductions. Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations (QMCSO).
- Maintain and update all benefit documents and content in HRIS system: HR Help, benefit communications, compliance document acknowledgement.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

- Associates degree in HR/Business Management with 2 years related HR experience (one of those years in benefits leave administration) required OR equivalent combination of education/experience. Human Resource certification through MRA or SHRM is desired.
- Strong knowledge of FMLA, STD and insurance programs - health, dental, vision, life, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constant interruptions.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and federal/state HR related laws.
- Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- A sense of urgency in juggling multiple priorities.
- Strong verbal, written, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
