Elite Oral & Facial Surgery is seeking a full time Treatment Coordinator to join our growing practice

Elite Oral & Facial Surgery is a surgeon-owned private practice Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery group with six offices around the Houston area, including Cypress, Summerwood, Katy, College Station, Spring and Conroe. Our treatment coordinator is needed for our Cypress location.

Expectations:

- Competency in the full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery including verifying dental/medical insurance, treatment planning, and dental/medical billing procedures
- Good communication and rapport with patients and the team
- Must maintain regular, consistent and punctual attendance in accordance with assigned schedule and time off policies
- Must be able to comfortably and efficiently handle multiple deadlines and task assignments
- Accurate and timely dental and medical insurance verification for double doctors days five days a week
- All aspects of Check in and Check out
- Actively pursues provision of excellent patient service.
- Operate multiple telephone lines: answer, screen and forward calls, providing information, taking messages and scheduling appointments.
- Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
- Be flexible to cross train front desk, insurance verification and treatment planning
- Two or more years in oral surgery Treatment Coordinator role
- Experience with Carestream WinOMS preferred but not mandatory
- Extremely busy office, must be able to efficiently handle multiple tasks and maintain customer satisfaction perspective

Compensation:

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
