Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for preparing, pouring, and finishing concrete surfaces. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

**Duties**:

- Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and setting forms
- Pour and spread concrete using various tools and equipment
- Smooth and finish surfaces to achieve desired texture and appearance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

**Skills**:

- Proficient in concrete finishing techniques including troweling, edging, and floating
- Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications
- Experience with welding and carpentry for formwork construction
- Knowledge of concrete pumping systems
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to Relocate:

- Bedford Park, IL: Relocate before starting work (required)
