**Qualifications**:

- ** 2-3 years domestic experience REQUIRED as a Dealership General Manager.**:

- Demonstrated leadership abilities to develop and motivate successful teams.
- Customer Focused mindset.
- Strong Used Vehicle background.
- Evolving leadership style with a focus on high performance.

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $300,000.00 to $700,000.00, which includes commissions on (Commissions -Ex: “Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit”, “Department Net”) and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses -Ex: “Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability”).

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
