Patient Coordinator/receptionist

Telephone answering.
Registering and scheduling patients.
Patients' insurance verification and obtaining authorizations.
Coordinating providers' schedules and ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of patient care.
Pre-op procedures (will train)
Preparation of billing packets.
Collect and record payments.
Opening and closing of center.
Verifying patient information and maintaining/filing patient charts.
Responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to include typing, filing, inventory, mail and readily assist team-mates as needed.
**Requirements**:
High school graduate or equivalent
2 years of medical front office experience preferred but not required
Fluent in English and Spanish or English and Vietnamese
Good computer skills
Detail oriented
Able to handle a busy office with interruptions, calls, and walk-ins.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
