**CNC Programming**:

- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot CNC programs for a variety of machining processes.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure efficient production and adherence to quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to enhance programming techniques.
- **Operations Management**:

- Lead and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Implement and streamline processes to improve overall production workflow.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the manufacturing team.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of machinists, programmers, and production staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development initiatives.
- **Quality Control**:

- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Address and resolve any issues related to product quality promptly.
- **Resource Management**:

- Optimize resource allocation, including manpower, machines, and materials, to achieve production goals.
- Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.

Pay: $18.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
