**_ Custodian / Janitorial Crew _**_D_**_uties include:_**
Safely operate a floor scrubbing machine, manual mop, and power washer to keep shop floors immaculate
Clean window and door glass, aluminum, steel, wood, plastic, and other surfaces
Clean and disinfect furniture, fixtures, and equipment
Clean, set up, and arrange customer lounge area
Identify and report possible building problems and repairs
Reporting to work on-time and as scheduled
Other duties as assigned
**_ Custodian / Janitorial Crew _**_Qualifications_**:
- Ability to communicate clearly._
- At least 2 _yea_rs custodial / janitorial experience._
- Must be able to work independently and have a pleasant and professional demeanor._
- Must be able to perform physical activities, such as, but not limited to, some lifting (up to 50 lbs. unassisted), bending, standing, climbing and walking._
- Must have a valid Driver's License with mínimal to no points._
