Current openings available are for full time first shift, part time second shift and full time third shift along with per diem (on-call) staff for all shifts. These positions include working every other weekend and scheduled holidays.

- including their physical, emotional, social, and mental well-being. You are responsible to provide high quality care with dignity and respect while maintaining consistency with facility policy and state regulations._

**Responsibilities**

Our Caregiver are responsible for delivering high quality personal care and services to support the Individual Service Plans for each resident, while maintaining consistency with both facility policy and state regulations. As a Caregiver you will play a critical role in caring for our residents. Tasks include providing assistance to our residents with their activities of daily living, housekeeping/laundry, assistance with medications, meals, various activities and providing conversation and companionship to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents.

**Qualifications**
- Completion of the four Wisconsin DHS Certified classes (Fire Safety, First Aid, Medication Management and Standard Precautions) is required.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a caregiving capacity. Experience with older adults is required. Experience with working with hospice residents is a plus.
- Demonstrated competencies in critical thinking, managing crisis situations, teamwork, the ability to work independently and remain task orientated, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all residents and families.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem

Pay: $13.50 - $13.75 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
