The Traffic Control Field Manager will oversee a team of Field Traffic Control
Technicians and is responsible for day-to-day tasks, zone audits, field
inspections, field employee morale, and employee retention.
**Responsibilities**:
The Traffic Control Field Manager is the first point of contact for any field
employees needing assistance and is expected to be available and responsive.
Other duties will include:
- Onsite customer interactions to gather feedback and build rapport
- Employee coaching and discipline
- Respond to internal and external communications, safety, accident, and injury
investigations
- Equipment preparations, monthly training, meetings, and more.
- 10 Hour shifts

Traffic Control Field Manager
Position Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent) is required
- Must have a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record
- Must be able to successfully pass drug test
- Must have a clean record of any felonies for the past 7 years
- Must have reliable transportation
- This position requires an extremely flexible schedule with early mornings,
evenings, weekends and sometimes nights.
- Some travel outside the state with overnight stays will be mandatory at times.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
