**SUMMARY OF POSITION**:
Responsible for assisting patients in and out of vehicles, providing information, guidance and escorts to testing/treatment areas.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S)**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S)**:

- Six (6) months job related experience preferred. CPR certification preferred.
