**Position Overview**:
RYDE is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Safety Compliance Supervisor to oversee the safety of all drivers and passengers within our network. The Safety Compliance Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring that our drivers operate vehicles safely, adhere to all traffic laws, and provide passengers with a secure and comfortable ride experience. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for promoting safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct safety checks and ride-alongs with drivers to assess their performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor onboard cameras to evaluate driver behavior, identify potential safety hazards, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Develop and implement safety training programs for drivers to enhance their understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
- Investigate safety incidents and accidents, and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement safety initiatives and policies.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to transportation safety.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on safety performance metrics and trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in transportation safety, compliance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and educate others.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in the rideshare or transportation industry.
- Certification in transportation safety or related field.
