Construction Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. MUST HAVE HANDS ON EXPERIENCE as a supervisor/Superintendent.
2. Manage / Supervise on-site construction activities, including but not limited to scheduling, coordination, and implementation of project plans.
3. Quality Control in the Houston Production Shop.
4. Modifying designs to facilitate Installation.
5. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and construction crew to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
6. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
7. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory authorities.
8. Oversee the installation of structural steel and other ironwork components, ensuring accuracy and quality.
9. Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
10. Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and materials usage.

**Qualifications**:
1. A minimum of 15 years of experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of supervising successful projects.
2. Extensive experience in ironwork and installations, including familiarity with structural steel fabrication and erection.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team of construction professionals.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
5. In-depth knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
6. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure.
8. A proactive and results-driven attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
9. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Degree in construction management, Engineering or Related Experience.
2. OSHA certification or equivalent safety training.
3. Experience with construction management software and tools.

Pay: $70,162.14 - $84,496.34 per year
