**Position Summary**:
As a Sales Representative at Pinnacle Surfaces, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include generating new business opportunities, nurturing and maintaining existing client relationships, and delivering ex

**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and cultivate new sales prospects within the home improvement sector.
- Foster strong, enduring relationships with potential and current clients.
- Present and showcase our range of granite, marble, and quartz surfaces to meet client needs.
- Exceed sales targets and consistently meet or surpass performance bench
- marks.
- Collaborate closely with our Operations Manager to strategize and execute effec
- tive sales plans.
- Provide unparalleled customer service throughout the sales cycle.
- Stay informed about industry trends and maintain a deep understanding of prod
- uct knowledge to offer insightful customer support.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven success in a sales role, demonstrating a track record of meeting or ex
- ceeding sales goals.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Genuine enthusiasm for the Sales and a strong desire to assist clients as need
- ed.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure deals and ensure client satisfaction.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team, thriving in a fast
- paced environment.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads and oppor
- tunities.
- Willingness to work in or relocate to Atlanta, GA to join our team.
- Willingness to travel out of state for sales as required.

**Job Type**: Contract
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
