**Parts Sales Representative**

**Location**: Piscataway, NJ branch

**Position Outline**:
Charged with the responsibility of assisting customers, service department co-workers, as well as other internal employees with their parts requests for all lines of vendors represented by Hoffman Equipment.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
1.Research and sell parts to customers and service work orders for all lines of equipment
- Knowledgeable on the parts systems for all manufacturers represented by Hoffman Equipment to be able to identify the correct parts for the customer.
- Knowledgeable on all features and benefits of all parts sold.
- Knowledgeable on selling techniques.
- Able to deal with all customers objections in a professional manner.
- Knowledgeable on the Hoffman Equipment CDK/PFW computer system Knowledgeable of the competitive environment in which Hoffman Equipment Operates.

2. Provide customers with parts related product information
- Assist with parts administrative duties, inventory, vendor relations, returns, as directed
- Customer parts order processing and expediting
- Follow up with vendors and keep customers informed as to the status of their order.
- Assist in the procurement and expediting of all parts and material purchases as required.
- Work with Service, Sales, Rentals, and other branch personnel to solve parts related issues as needed.
- Provide support in regards to parts inventory, reporting, systems, and processes.
- Uphold the guidelines and procedures of the company and parts department.
- Provide customers and co-workers with excellent customer service at all times.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. Minimum High School Diploma

2. Computer skills a must

3. Excellent people skills

4. Strong communicator

5. Attention to detail

6. Strong time management and organization skills

**Report to**: Parts Manager

**Salary**:$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
