Seven Hills Foundation is hiring Direct Care Workers, Residential Counselors & Residential Managers for all shifts. These Direct Support Professionals will:

- Be comfortable taking the initiative
- Make use of best practices & strategies for success for the benefit of all residents
- Engage & interact w/residents
- Facilitate outings & activities to help residents enjoy their favorite parts of life including:

- Enjoying the great outdoors
- Arts & Crafts
- _**GET PAID FOR ALL THIS & MORE**_
- **$19.00/HR**_

**Examples of full-time schedules**:

- Tuesday-Friday 3pm-11pm
- Wednesday-Saturday 11pm-9am
- Wednesday-Friday 3pm-11pm, Saturday 11am-9pm, Sunday 9am-3pm

**Examples of part-time schedules**:

- Thursday-Sunday 11pm-9am

**Support Advocates** are provided a **paid 5-day New Employee Orientation** and receive training on **CPR/First Aid, Safety Care, Defensive Driving**, and **Medication Administration Program (MAP)**. They also receive program-specific training at the worksite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
