**Part-Time Receptionist/Sales Associate**

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Receptionist/Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of telephone contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service while also supporting our sales efforts. **Responsibilities**:

- Answer the reception phone in a friendly, professional, timely manner and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Operate registers and be able to follow all retail processes and procedures. Assist with sales transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Assist with Retail programs (lookbooks, etc.) and projects as needed.
- Facilitate customer callbacks and any appointments with Retail Associates.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

High school diploma or equivalent

**Schedule**:
Part-time position, approximately 24 hours per week.

Schedule: Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays, as well as variable workdays, based on company demand.
