Preschool Director

**Duties**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Develop and implement curriculum that promotes early childhood development and prepares children for kindergarten
- Hire, train, and supervise teaching staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain open communication with parents, addressing any concerns or questions in a timely manner
- Manage administrative tasks such as budgeting, enrollment, and record keeping
- Collaborate with community organizations and agencies to enhance the preschool program
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and accreditation standards

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a preschool or early childhood education setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, parents, and community members
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with licensing regulations and accreditation standards for preschools

Pay: $68,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
